I taught myself to paint with oils in 2022 after being laid off at the end of the pandemic. Super fun and cool timing…

In that unexpected pause, I rediscovered my passion and created a space that I hadn’t been able to find before.

This artistic outlet has been the one place where I can be myself - loud, crazy, emotional - and turn it into something more.

MUSE is an experience that pulls people together through art, film, and music to help us feel more connected, and I hope you feel that in my work.

FINE ART COLLECTIONS

This collection explores characters in the Regency era (think Bridgerton) if they had modern technology. What would they post on social media? How would their lives and conversations mirror ours?

This collection is about women’s voices, our contribution and value in society, and the impact we have in communities. This collection specifically acknowledges issues regarding women’s health funding, our ability to choose our own healthcare, and our fight to be considered in health research.

MUSE is an art brand by Kate Thompson. MUSE connects art, music, and emotion with realistic oil paintings, encapsulating the full experience through video documentation and storytelling.

Kate is an emerging artist, working primarily in oils. Each piece is delicately printed on fine art gicleé paper with a velvety matte finish so that it’s as close to the original as possible.
